Keira has a thick coat, thick bone structure, and is muscular. She is very calm for a giant. She is non dominant, loves kids, and loves to visit the elderly at the nursing home. She is great with all dogs and cats.

Standards

Our Breeding Dog Standards

We maintain our Kennel to the highest standards.

To be part of our breeding program, sires and dams must meet strict standards and be clear for the following breed-specific health testing:

  • OFA EYES: Performed by a specialized veterinary ophthalmologist.
  • OFA THYROID: Genetic panel.
  • OFA ELBOWS AND PennHIP: We do PennHIP, consisting of three X-rays taken at different angles, instead of OFA HIP, which only consists of one X-ray. Penn-HIP will catch faults that OFA HIP can miss. All test results are sent to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) to be certified. These tests cannot be done prior to 2 years of age, and the dogs must be correct in conformation, have healthy skin and coat.
  • Great temperament is also a must!  While these dogs are naturally protective, they are also social and do great in any situation.  Breeding bad tempered dogs produces bad tempered dogs.

Now taking depostits. Minka and Ada, sisters,  imported from Czeck Republic, will have their first litters this year. Every dog in their pedigree has a Championship with numerous Grand Champions. Both have great drives, amazing temperments. They have big bone structure and are very muscular.
